Many who have worked with Darcy Donavan in front and behind the camera have said that she has captured the spirit of Norma Jeane. She was born to be in pictures as a starlet from the days of Bogart and Bacall, and radiates in any role from drama to comedy to just straight up Darcy Donavan.
Just one of Darcy's accomplishments was a supporting role alongside of Will Ferrell in the international comedic blockbuster "ANCHORMAN".
When asked about her most recent role in "ANCHORMAN" she just smiles and says, "I had the time of my life and Will Ferrell and Adam McKay Director of "ANCHORMAN" were so wonderful to work with".

The yellow brick road to Nashville's country music Mecca drew the likes of Elvis, Dolly Parton and many more voices we still cherish. It wasn't long before this beautiful blonde bombshell was turning heads as well. Darcy was opening for hit bands, winning prestigious contests known by musicians and was in the process of signing a deal. This young, motivated beauty formed her own band, worked her way to the top and caught the attention of several major record labels.
Sometimes life takes a turn and does something that you don't expect. Just as Darcy's dreams were about to come true, Nashville was turned upside down by a series of tornadoes, taking both the recording studio and Darcy's dreams with it. Unwilling to settle for anything less, this ambitious dynamo reached deep inside her Irish-Italian, and German roots and realized this was a sign for her to reach for bigger stars. With her innate ability to be a full fledged entertainer, Darcy has been discovered to be an insightful actor, singer, creator and producer in a city where dreams really do come true (for those who dare) on the silver screen of Hollywood.
The tides steered Darcy in a new direction, as if it were a plan from above. She moved to Hollywood, CA and immediately won roles beating out well known actors. When interviewing Darcy her image was definitely one that couldn't be overlooked.
